一.【職務介紹】 身為業務人員，您將是公司與客戶之間的橋樑，負責開拓與維繫良好的客戶關係，深耕市場，達成業績目標，為公司營收成長貢獻價值。
二.【工作內容】 1. 開發新客戶並建立長期合作關係，維繫現有客戶資源。 2. 依據市場需求與競爭分析，制定銷售計劃，完成個人及團隊銷售目標。 3. 與內部團隊（售前、技術、專案）密切合作，確保提供最適合的解決方案。 4. 定期進行銷售數據分析，並向主管報告進度與市場回饋。 5. 主導並參與商業展覽、客戶會議及相關銷售活動。 6. 即時掌握市場趨勢與競爭情報，協助調整銷售策略。 7. 執行主管交辦的其他相關任務。
三.【工作需求】 1. 具3至5年業務經驗，熟悉銷售流程及談判技巧。 2. 擅長客戶關係管理，並具備B2B銷售經驗者佳。 3. 具備良好的溝通表達能力，能與不同層級的客戶建立信任。 4. 熟悉製造業市場脈動及數據分析，能夠提供策略性銷售建議。 5. 擁有積極進取的態度，能在壓力下達成目標。 6. 須配合國外出差(出差期間為3-5日，出差地區以中國大陸、東南亞為主)
四.【優先資格】 1. 曾參與B2B解決方案銷售或專案型銷售經驗。 2. 熟悉科技產業或相關製造業領域(半導體、封測、PCB、面板、生醫)者優先考慮。 3. 擁有專案管理、商務簡報或相關訓練經歷 4. 流利的中英文能力尤佳，能處理國際客戶需求。
